Welcome to Capture The Wild Photography, LLC! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including access to client galleries hosted on Pixieset. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Capture The Wild Photography, LLC offers professional photography services and provides access to client galleries through Pixieset. Clients can view, download, and purchase photographs through these galleries.

2. Client Galleries

Access: Clients will receive a unique link to their gallery on Pixieset. This link is for personal use only and should not be shared without permission.

Duration: Galleries will be available for a specified period, typically [number] days, after which they may be archived or removed.

Downloads: Digital downloads are subject to the terms outlined in the specific gallery. High-resolution downloads may be provided based on the client's package.

Purchases: Clients can purchase prints and other products directly through Pixieset. All transactions are subject to Pixieset's terms and conditions.

3. Use of Photographs

Personal Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the photographs requires prior written permission from Capture The Wild Photography, LLC.

Alterations: Clients may not alter, edit, or modify the photographs without permission.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: All fees for photography services and products are detailed in the client agreement. Full payment is required as per the agreement.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in cases of proven defect or error.
